Happy Friday to meeee
Welp, I put in an exhausting 12 hours of work this week (yesterday and today) and now it is my four day weekend :) In other news; I am extremely bloated today, and I have been hydrating a ton. Getting ready to go to the gym and work these sore muscles.
Did not sleep well last night, as in I laid in bed listening to my husband snoring for 3 hours and once I did fall asleep, I woke up another 3-4 times. Anywho, I got up and did a short 12 minute HIIT 30 sec work/30 sec rest. Will hit the gym hard tonight. Now off to start my two day work week (the boss is off this week so it will be super laid back) and keep up my clean eating and exercise.
Things I have accomplished today
4 loads laundry cleaned/re-organized home gym defrosted entire fridge/freezer (crazy ice buildup was causing it to act cray cray) switched over my makeup bag to my new one cleaned bedroom made a list of all the food I need to buy for the party I am hosting next weekend drank left over sangria ate an entire can of black olives…mmmmmmm watched hubby stain the wood on the hot tub Still...

It took longer than expected
to get dinner ready. So I don’t have time to get in a cardio workout before our friends show up, but I did some shoulder presses (with 22.5# DB’s for the first time!!!) and some calf raises in the kitchen. Fit girl problem: feeling like a lazy slob when you only workout once in a day. lol

Even though it’s my rest day I am hitting the gym this morning for some cardio.
